You’re on the floor… knees to your chest, asking the Universe what you have done wrong to deserve this?

You’re at your wit’s end, tears continue to stream down your face as you think about what’s happening in your life right now.

You can’t explain but the sorrow feels like it made a hole in your chest, as if you’ll never recover from it.

But that’s not true.

Hitting rock bottom is a blessing.

Rock bottom is a gift. Rock bottom is a new beginning.

Hitting rock bottom can easily feel like you’re at the end of your rope and you just want to let go.

But don’t. Don’t do it. Don’t succumb to it.

It could be a loved one passing, losing a job that meant the world to you, missing the opportunity of a lifetime, and so on.

These things… make you feel emotions that go beyond words.

But the pain must be felt.

Because after that, comes newfound hope and sunshine.

I have experienced hitting rock bottom so many times that I have lost count and I am here to tell you that there is a miracle beyond it.

The Miracle Beyond

Hitting rock bottom is a manifestation blessing.

Why? Because this is no other way to go but up.

If you are crying uncontrollably, emotions all other the place, and inconsolable… you must think about yourself.

Try to surround yourself with the people that give you peace.

Or take a good night’s sleep and recharge.

Here’s why a miracle lies beyond rock bottom.

1. New Sense of Hope

The pain you’ve experienced will give you the strength you need to move forward if you let it.

Let it empower you. Let it make you stronger.

Yes, you can cry for days and days. Let it out of your system.

Soon, you will realize the meaning behind why things happen.

You will have a newfound sense of hope.

You will rise above it all and be more motivated than ever.

2. Road to Recovery

Hitting rock bottom… we will all experience this.

But it will be your road to recovery.

You will heal and come back stronger.

You will see the light beyond the darkness you’ve experienced.

When I experienced this, I didn’t even think about rising above it.

But one day, it felt like a faint whisper. It said: “Get up”.

It wasn’t demanding or controlling.

It was simply telling me to get up from the bathroom floor where I continued to sulk. So I did.

After that, I realized that there was more to life than the misery I felt.

I learned to look at my life and see where I can further improve.

3. The Path of Assessment

This is the best time to assess your life.

Look at what has passed and think about the good things.

Focus on the positive and think about happy memories.

Rock bottom will be a manifestation blessing because it will turn you on the right path.

Take out your journal and write about your life and reread it after a week.

These are some of the things you can do.

Think about it this way…

Breaking down and hitting rock bottom is the path to waking up to a new day.

Have you experienced rock bottom? How did you overcome it?
