In manifestation and the Law of Attraction…

There is one thing that will help you to get it right.

And that is to write.

When it comes to attracting our desires, it is truly different when we start by writing down our intentions in our journal and go back to it when we feel like we’re not following the path that we’ve set for ourselves.

Writing is a form of release and when you let yourself go on paper, you will see what you truly desire. And that’s the beauty of it.

There’s no stopping your thoughts from flowing, your hand starts to ache a little but it’s all right. Through this exercise, you learn more about yourself.

When I started to write down my intentions years ago, it acted as the guide that led me to where I am today… talking to you and sharing my experience.

I want you to experience the same too. It’s not something too formal or something that you have to force yourself to do.

It will eventually turn into a habit when one starts to become fond of it.

And the amazing thing about journaling is that all you need is a pen and paper or a journal.

That’s it. No other special tools to turn your desire into reality.

The positive release that comes from getting your thoughts down on paper is hugely beneficial to your mental state.

Did you know too that successful people throughout history have kept a journal?

From the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius to Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, Frida Kahlo, and Oscar Wilde.

Visionaries through time have all seen the practicalities and purpose of keeping a journal.

Journaling Prompts

It is important to set the environment you’re in.

You won’t be able to write down your thoughts peacefully when you’re in a crowded place or if it’s too loud.

You can either do this at the comforts of your home, at the park, or even in a coffee shop.

What worked for me before was playing soft music in the background. I even prepared myself a cup of tea or coffee and that’s it.

All these, helped me relax and I delft ever-ready to get on with my journaling session.

Before writing down anything using templates or prompts, it is best to start with freewriting.

Set aside a page where you can write down anything you want.

No restrictions. Simply put the pen on the paper and fire away!

Write about what you’re feeling, thoughts, or anything you’re looking forward to.

This freewriting session helps you to relax your mind before going into the details of what you want to manifest.

When you’re done, you can now write using these prompts I have prepared for you.

  • What are my short-term goals?
  • What are my long-term goals?
  • What do I desire right now?
  • I am happiest when…
  • Five years from now, I see myself as…
  • I struggle with my goals when I…
  • I believe in myself because…
  • I believe in the power of the Universe because…

These are just some of the prompts you can try.

This is the “write” way to manifest and it begins today.

What do you think? Are you looking forward to doing this one?
