I like to think of it as giving life to my thoughts – granting them permission to live and become a reality!

I guarantee you will feel better afterward, without having to resolve a thing!

You can even write at the top of the paper:

“I need help with XYZ. I am feeling stuck and scared.”

And then just permit yourself to write down everything that is bothering you.

It’s a fantastic approach to get rid of negative ideas, pent-up resentment, and any other obstacles standing in the path of abundance and achieving your goals!

My stomach or heart frequently feels like they are filled with a ball of thick energy when I am experiencing anxiety or worry.

I experience a sense of release and relief when I write out how I’m feeling and get it all out on paper, much unlike when I weep and wallow in self-pity.

It’s such an energetically sound exercise.

You’ll have a better sense of clarity, self-assurance, and connection to your higher self.

Your self-worth will increase, and you will KNOW YOURSELF better.

The reason that journaling in this way helps you to manifest is primarily that it helps you to zone in on who you are and what you want.

Knowing yourself in a more profound way, you become aware of what is standing in your way to a happier, more abundant life.

It might seem like a roundabout way to get there when you are whining or complaining about your life on paper!

But it really does work!

You will likely find that once you get the frustrations and anxieties out of the way, you can then better articulate your hopes and dreams.

Remember, no one but you is ever going to see these pages, and you don’t have to read them again once they are written if you don’t want to.

You don’t have to tell anyone what you are doing, it can be a completely private practice that you do alone with your prettiest notebook and pen (writing by hand is an important aspect of journaling—something magical occurs with the physicality of it).

Exciting transformations can occur in your life when you make journaling a regular part of your schedule.

You will feel rejuvenated, positive, and clear-minded about your life.
