1. Limiting Beliefs

Have you ever heard of this one?

Perhaps you are more familiar with limiting beliefs, the ones that say you don’t deserve this or you’ll never have that.

Limiting beliefs are thoughts and actions that question the end goal itself. It’s not just self-doubt, it is also a bundle of emotions that hold you back.

Instead of supporting your desires, you’re crushing them.

Limitless beliefs are almost the same thing, these are thoughts and actions too. But they do not question your desires, they support them.

Limitless beliefs are ideas you plant in your mind, and with time, they grow — bigger than your limiting beliefs. Here’s how you can create one.

The moment you feel limiting beliefs creeping in, stop it in its tracks. Say “NO. You are not welcome here. Where did you even come from?”

What you’re actually doing is you are shedding light on these self-sabotaging thoughts and reprogramming them, turning them into limitless beliefs.

You are turning them into healthy thoughts that help you reach your goals.

2. Visualization…but with Feelings

Visualization is where you create images in your head and think about your desire.

It could be you moving into your new house, buying a new car, or sitting in your new office.

You tune into that image and imagine you are already there.

So, what’s new? Now… you will do it with feelings.

When you visualize with feelings, you create positive energy that washes over you.

It fills you up with this motivation that you have the power to achieve what you want. Well, you do!

The next time you practice visualization, put your palm into your heart. Feel the excitement run through you and allow that to remain within you.

Let it help you move forward with fire and feel every your every beat urging you on.

3. Intuitive Journaling

If you have a gratitude journal on your bedside table, then you’re already one step ahead. That’s great news.

You can keep doing that at your own pace and let the good vibrations roll into the rest of 2022.

But here’s another type of journaling that you can try. It’s called Intuitive Journaling.

This is where you write anything that comes to mind.

There’s no template or topic you’ll be creating. It will be just you, your pen and paper.

Once you’re in a peaceful place, take out your journal and let the words flow.

Allow yourself to write anything and after you feel that you’ve let it all out, read what you have written. Reflect on it.

What this does is a form of release. You are allowing your mind to talk to you.
