I am a huge fan of crystals, and I have a lot of them at home. Call me the crystal believer, but they have a huge impact on my life.

The first crystal that I had was… rose quartz. I think a lot of people who got into crystals started with the love stone.❤️

And just like most typical stories, I got my rose quartz when I was suffering through a break-up 💔, and back then, I thought I had lost the love of my life, and that’s it for me. I spent months in misery 😭 — I was in a deep, black hole. My heart was so heavy and I felt like I’m carrying such a heavy burden on my shoulders.

So, while I was mindlessly scrolling on my Instagram feed, I saw a post about crystals and it looked so pretty, so I explored it — and there I learned about how rose quartz can help clear my heart chakra and all that. So, yeah I decided to give it a shot.

Thanks to the lady at the crystal shop, she gave me some really helpful tips to use my very first stone. I placed the rose quartz on my chest and meditated. 🧘🏼‍♀️I thought about how much I wanted to heal and clear my heart chakra. It was a transformative experience for me because I was able to move some of the stuck energy that was there. I remember the weight on my heart slowly being lifted using the rose quartz.

After that amazing experience, I relied more on crystals, hence, my ever-growing collection. But my favorite now is the magic wand.

It’s not a real magic wand that is as long as your standard wizard magic hand, but it’s just a short one that you can take anywhere with you. It’s shaped and small like a pen, so I have one in my office.

It’s so pretty and the magic wand comes with various crystals. What I love about it is that I can take it out wherever I am, like when I’m working at a coffee shop, and I want to harness the energy of the specific crystal in the magic wand to boost my focus and mental clarity, is that it doesn’t look awkward at all.

It just looks like an ordinary pen. 🖋

Just imagine a woman like me taking out a chunk of crystal at a public place — unless you’re in LA, it will be frowned upon.

These magic wands are a magical tool that I use to direct and focus energy on my specific intention. They’re used in many spiritual practices such as spell work, rituals, and meditation.

As for me, aside from taking it with me where I am, I use it for my rituals and meditation. No, I don’t do spells, yet.

It’s become like a powerful safety blanket for me these days, and I know I can count on it, no matter what.
