Most people start their day by checking email or social media.

Most things on email or social media are negative. It’s rare to see first thing in the morning something good. Instead, you’ll likely see negative news, disasters or how someone else has a better life than you do (or so they claim).

This is an awful way to start since the first hours of your day will determine how your entire day will be like.

So let me teach you what I do and how I manifest what I desire from the first minutes of the day. You don’t have to follow this identically but build a routine similar to this.

1. Visualization.

It’s very important for me to look at the end of the day and think of how this day was awesome. So basically, I close my eyes and I imagine that it’s evening.

What happened today?

Who have I met?

What have I accomplished?

Who made me smile?

What tasks have I completed?

I look back at my day and I can see this amazing day filled with joy and wins.

2. Affirmations

I talk aloud what I want to be. I say things to myself as “I am strong, confident and I can accomplish anything I set my mind to” or “Every day in every way I’m getting better and better”.

Some people like to do this only in front of the mirror. I don’t think it matters as long as you put energy behind it. If you talk in a neutral, depressed voice, then it won’t work. Talk with joy and as loud as you can without shouting. Put your body into it, your spirit, your everything.

Act as you’re telling a friend he won $10.000.000, with enthusiasm and joy. This is how you make affirmations work.

3. Gratitude

You get more of what you focus on. If you focus on what you lack, you’ll get more of the negatives. If you focus on what you already have, you’ll get more blessings.

The most successful and happy people I know are successful in their mind and heart first and then into the real world. They’re feeling like kings no matter if they have $500 or $500.000 in their bank account because they focus on what works, not what doesn’t.

You need to do the same.

A great method is to write a series of questions, print them, put them in plastic and post them on your shower wall. In this way, while you’re taking your morning shower, you can remind yourself of everything great in the world.

Here are a few questions you can try:

Who loves me?

Who do I love?

What’s great about my job?

What’s great about the place I’m living in?

What’s great about today?

What’s great about my health?

What’s great about my personality?

What do I have now that some time ago was just a dream?

You get the point. Focus on questions that elicit the positive. Avoid the word “why” as much as possible, as it’s hard to use it to elicit your blessings.

You can also keep a gratitude journal and keep track of these. In some bookstores you can find special gratitude journals that are specially formatted for you to write what’s good in your life. If not, just get a blank one, you need not pay extra.

4. Journaling

You need to be careful with this because for most people, journaling is a perfect place to bitch and moan about how hard life it is. I know it is for me. This is good because it eliminates negative emotions by releasing them but at the same time, you focus on all the negatives.

If you know you’re the person to complain a lot whiles journaling, then it is better that you avoid it. But if you can focus on the positive and not treat it as emotional catharsis (we’ll cover this in a second), then journaling can do wonders for you, by bringing you clarity and inner peace.

5. Exercise

I don’t believe in exercising to look better. I believe you are beautiful the way you are. However, exercising also

I’ve found that when I’m stressed or overwhelmed, running for 30 minutes is the best thing I can do for myself. I’ll feel clear minded and joyful afterwards. It’s like a superpower.

And if you exercise, you’ll also get sick less often (I almost never get a cold nowadays) and you’ll flood your body with endorphins, the happiness chemical.

6. Plan your day

You are co-creating your world with the universe. The universe can’t do it by itself. Yes, you can manifest miracles and you will but you still need to act. LOA works when you do.

If you go into your day without knowing what to accomplish, guess what? You’ll not accomplish much. So make a list of three or five things you want to get done today and then have the faith that the universe will open all the doors you need to make this happen.

7. Listen to brainwave entrainment.

I took a long time to make this a habit but once I’ve done it, it supercharged my morning ritual and my results.

I’ve discovered that putting my headsets and listening to 20 – 30 minutes of brainwave entrainment has the same effects as several hours of meditation. This is why I don’t even meditate, it makes no sense when I can get the same benefits with a tenth of the effort.

Why?

It makes me calm. It brings me joy. After listening to brainwave entrainment, I feel like I’ve had chocolate cake. It fills my body with endorphins. And while I can’t explain how it works, it also makes it so much easier to manifest what I desire. I find that in the days I listen to brainwave entrainment, my vision of the day comes true almost 100%.

In the days I don’t that’s down to maybe 50%.

Again, I have no idea why it works so well but it does.

This is why I’ve created my brainwave entrainment program called “Manifestation Magic”. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on sound engineers and specialists to make this happen. It paid tenfold and I can say creating “Manifestation Magic” was the best investment I’ve ever made in my life.

How is it different from all others brainwave entrainment programs?

First, it uses the solfeggio scale. While most brainwave entrainment programs limits themselves to one or two

frequencies. I use all the divine frequencies with a focus on 432 hz. This means it helps you in several ways, including boosting your immune system and relieving anxiety.

Second, it is plug and play. You need not do any exercises or go through some workbook. No, just plug it in the morning or in the evening and listen to it. You sit there, eyes opened or close and let it perform its magic.

Third, it uses NLP to program your subconscious mind. This means that while listening to it you will become more confident, joyful and assertive. I’ve hired a hypnotherapist to embed these commands in the most effective manner possible and it has done wonders for my self-confidence.

Do you want to enjoy “Manifestation Magic” too?
