This Full Moon will be bursting with powerful energy that you can harness to cleanse and heal your chakra centers. 

It’s a great time to clear any blockages and bring back balance to your energetic body. 

Why is it so important to balance your chakras?

They are the energetic centers that connect your physical and energetic bodies.

They are pathways for your life force energy, directing that energy around your body for your health on all levels. 

If you have blocked chakras, your life force energy cannot flow freely and you will feel the various effects of this physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As this Full Moon falls in Pisces, the element of water is going to be prominent, that’s because Pisces is a water sign. 

The moon falling in a water sign can often be extra intense emotionally, and you may feel a combination of introverted and magnetic depending on what’s going on for you personally.

The energy may well resemble the ebb and flow of the tides, and you might need to find some time alone to feel whatever comes up for you. 

Pisces is ruled by the planet Neptune, the God of the Sea.

The following mini-meditation is a great way to tap into your intuition and see what feelings or questions may be lingering in your subconscious. 

Third Eye Chakra Meditation 

  • Go somewhere peaceful and quiet. 
  • If you want, set a timer for ten minutes or so. 
  • Close your eyes.
  • Place your hand over your third eye chakra, (the middle of your forehead)
  • Take some deep breaths and relax.
  • Now imagine a blue/ purple light glowing around your head.
  • Feel it cleansing and healing any blocks you may have there. 
  • Stay here, focused on calm breaths in and out for about ten minutes.
  • When you are ready, open your eyes.
  • Feel into your emotions and allow anything that has come up to be seen and processed emotionally.
