When manifesting something we desire, it can be fun and filled with excitement.
You wake up with a big smile on your face, you’re happy the sun is out, and everything just feels aligned with what you want.
But sometimes, it can also end in disappointment.

And sometimes, even if we keep going at it and nothing is happening, that’s when we want to try harder all the more.

1. You Are No Longer In The Moment
To manifest is to become a conscious manifestor.
And to become a conscious manifestor, you need to be present.
If your attention wanders from the now and what is going on in front of you at any given moment, then there will never be an opportunity for success.
You will start to miss out on so much because you keep on looking ahead that you’re losing touch with what is happening in the present.
You keep anticipating what might happen to this or that. But this isn’t healthy anymore.
You are becoming more focused on what’s ahead and not on what’s happening in the now.
2. Seekings Signs Have Become Unhealthy
We all experience times when we feel lost, confused, and scared.
It’s during these moments that many of us yearn for answers or guidance from the Divine in order to get back on track with life.
But this pursuit can lead to an unhealthy level when we become too independent of signs from the Universe.
It’s like you can’t make a concrete decision without seeking signs first.
For instance, you are unsure if you will take this new job, so you let the Universe decide for you.
You ask for a white butterfly, and when you don’t see it, you take it as a negative message.
You start to fear that something terrible will happen if you don’t see the signs.
This is not the way to manifest. Take a step back and reassess.
3. You’re Losing Track Of What You Have
This is the biggest sign that means you need to take a break from manifesting.
You start to lose track of what you have in life and expect more.
You no longer appreciate the life you are living. You constantly compare your life to others.
Manifestation is about gratitude.
It allows the Universe to know that you are thankful for what you have, but you are welcome to receive more.
It’s not about forgetting what you already have.
It’s not about focusing on what’s lacking. This is not the way.
If you feel even one of these, it is time to think about your manifestation journey.
