But it’s not as mysterious or abstract as it appears, and those who learn to access it will reap endless and irreplaceable benefits.
But you will have a hard time if you are an overthinker.
Don’t worry, this stops today, I’m here to help you know more about what your higher self is and how you can create a harmonious relationship with it.
What is Your Higher Self?
Your higher self is the part of you that’s not consumed by ego and its divisions.
It’s a dimensionless point beyond matter, energy, time & space – some call it soul or spirit.
Your higher self is the part of you that knows, sees, and feels everything.
It’s not just an idea or concept but a dimension within yourself – a soul if you will – that guides you towards what is right and what is for you.
Your higher self is a part of you that inspires and guides with intuition.
It knows the deepest secrets in your heart, but often times we’ve only had limited conversations because they come without warning or direction from ourselves!
The conversation you have with your higher self is the flashes of inspiration or ideas that come into mind.
Might be These incredibly useful flashes can become much more significant if you truly listen and take the time to understand them.
But here’s the thing… you are always connected to your higher self.
What’s important is listening to it.
How to Feel Connected to Your Higher Self
1. Create a Spiritual Space
Meditation is one of the best ways to connect with your higher self.
Through this, you can listen to your inner thoughts and decipher the meaning of each message from your higher self.
But before you do so, you must create a spiritual space.
It is a space you are most comfortable in.
Next, fill it with things that make you feel joy and positivity.
These could be crystals, incense, journal, music, and flowers.
2. Breath Work
Focus on taking deep, cleansing breaths as you begin the meditation.
Scan your entire body as you feel your way from the top to the bottom.
Breathe in your aspirations and ambitions, and take in the positive energy and the light.
As you exhale, allow yourself to breathe and let go of any negative energy that has been holding them back, like self-sabotaging thoughts.
Do this regularly and you will feel a big shift in your focus.
3. Be Kind to Yourself
Allow yourself to be guided by the energy you’re attracting to yourself.
Allow yourself to surrender to the flow.
There are many ways to banish fear, uncertainty, and negativity from your body and mind.
This is one of them.
Cleansing your mind, body, and soul is one of the practices that will help you manifest your desires.
As you continuously let go of negativity, you are then creating space for positivity.
This isn’t a one-time thing though. So, be kind to yourself.
You can’t simply erase everything that doesn’t serve you all in one go.
But once you do, your future self will be brimming over with heavenly inspiration, wealth, and riches thanks to this practice.
In short, take time to connect and listen to your higher self. Unite with it.
