1. Gratitude List

This is the simplest way you can use gratitude.

It is similar to the exercise I mentioned earlier. But this time, you will take a pen and paper and list down everything that comes to mind.

Write down anything whether it’s big or small – from a stranger opening a door for you or a text you received from a person you like, from the job that you have right now, or the house you’re living in.

Writing all these down will allow you to look at all the amazing things you have in your life.

It allows you to focus on abundance instead of what you lack.

2. Gratitude Energy

Always make sure to check your energy and change it (if it needs changing).

Since energy is the currency of the Universe, whatever it is you throw out, there is the same energy that will be given to you.

If you’ve been sending out negative energy through thoughts, feelings, or actions, you will attract the same energy.

But if you change and turn it into positive energy and work on your vibration, your life will look up.

You will start to notice changes in your thoughts and emotions.
