Writing is one of the most powerful manifestation practices that exists to bring into reality your goals and dreams.

I can vouch for this personally.

Writing every morning was one of the ways I created my dream life – exactly how I imagined it.

Want to know how I did it?

Read on and find out.

By the way, let me know if you’ve ever successfully manifested something by writing it down first, reply to me!

I’d love to hear your experiences.

So let’s get into how writing can help you to manifest.

You might be thinking, what really?

Just writing something down?

The answer is yes!

Here are simple yet powerful steps you can take to do this too.

1. Write down exactly what you want.

Simply write down your desires on paper.

If you want to manifest multiple things, write them all down.

The way I did this was like so:

Every morning I found a quiet place to relax and write with my journal and pen.

Sometimes I’d put on music that made me feel happy and uplifted, to help my energy.

Then, I would just write down in specific detail, all the things that I wished to manifest.

The idea is to get really into the details of your goals and dreams.

If it’s a new house you want, write down the color of the walls,

the views from the windows, the street it’s on, etc.

If you are manifesting a soulmate, write down the qualities they have.

Describe them in detail!

Do not feel like it’s too much to ask, it’s not.

You are entitled to desire anything you want in the universe, so don’t hold back.

2. Write down why you want it.

The next step is to write down why you want to manifest that desire, or desires.

If we take the example of the house,

go through your detailed list of desires around the house from your journal.

Why do you want that house?

Is it because you have always wanted to be a homeowner?

Do you need to provide a home for your family?

Have you always wanted to live in that neighborhood?

Get really tapped into WHY you want to own that house,

and spill everything onto the page.

This is so important because in doing this you gain clarity

about why you want the thing you are trying to manifest,

which helps your energy to be clearer and gives it more power.

It’s also pretty illuminating about what you need to work on within your own beliefs and mindset.

3. Write how you will feel once it manifests.

Recognizing how you will feel once you have your manifestation is a crucial part of this process.

When you connect to feelings of excitement, happiness, or even nervousness, take notice of them.

These feelings are insights into your mindset about your manifestation.

When you know how you feel about something,

you know what’s fueling your wants and needs.

You know what energy is helping that thing to manifest,

and what energy might be holding it back.

For example, maybe you feel excited about owning a new house,

walking in the front door and knowing its yours!

But at the same time, perhaps you feel a bit worried about affording the upkeep,

or the mortgage or whatever it might be.

You know that you still have some energy there which is shedding doubt on your manifestation,

and you can work on that through your writing too.

The way I dealt with the energy of doubt or anxiety,

was to write statements that made me feel better about whatever was bothering me.

So things like this: I may be worried now about the financial implications of being a homeowner,

but I know this will work out for the best.

I always find a way to make things work.

I am lucky with money and abundance.

I am capable of finding easy solutions to my worries.

And statements along those lines.

My Big Takeaway

I found that the more I got into the groove of writing each day

and feeling excited about all my desires manifesting,

the easier it was to write through any doubtful energy of not feeling deserving

or feeling like I couldn’t afford what I wanted, or whatever it may be.

The biggest part of all of this is feeling excited and worthy of what you want, as you write it.

To manifest something by writing it down, you have to get into the energy of it.

Creation begins in the invisible realm.

When you use writing to manifest, you can continually redefine and recreate your goals as they evolve.

You become aware of your own energy and mindset,

and you gain deeper understanding of your thoughts and desires.

It’s a beautiful, intimate,

and easy way to bring yourself into vibration of having what you want to manifest.
