Do you ever get the feeling that you’re way more skilled in creating negative circumstances?
This is because mainstream society has embraced and promoted a reality that is often fear-based and pre-emptive of the worst-case scenario.
When you understand how profound manifestation works, you realize that what you receive is what you believe and think about the most with the greatest emotional energy.
So, if you’ve been thinking about what you don’t want to happen, most likely, it’s what you will manifest.
The good news is that every terrible circumstance offers a chance to clarify and realign with what you want, to let you choose whether or not to materialize your wishes actively.
So, how can you stop manifesting your fears?
1. Choose Your Words
You may notice that you are telling a story in your head from time to time.
Your thoughts, words, and actions all have an impact on what’s happening to you now as well as in the future.
Start thinking about how specific conversations might affect how reality manifests for you.
The way we describe our world has tremendous consequences because it shapes both present events and future possibilities.
The more mindful one becomes with their language choice, the better they can understand why unwanted manifestations happen even if those incidents seem unrelated.
It is better to choose positive words and always hope for the better.
2. Acknowledge that You Have the Power to Create
Yes, you have to acknowledge that you are a powerful being – whatever thoughts you carry can turn into reality.
You have to realize that you are a being who can do anything you set your mind to. That’s why you have to be careful.
When you find yourself thinking negatively about money, how you will never afford this, or you will never achieve a particular lifestyle — THINK THE OPPOSITE!
Combat it with positive emotions and affirmations. Here are some affirmations you can try:
3. Shadow Work
If you haven’t heard about this before, then this one’s for you.
Shadow work is a practice that promotes healing and self-growth.
It allows you to raise your vibration to a level that no one can influence you without your consent. Because you know who you are as a being.
Your shadow self is described as your past pains that have not healed or repressed desires, emotions, and impulses. The ones in the dark – at the very back of our being, hidden from our conscious awareness.
You can practice shadow work by surrendering and accepting.
It’s the process of working with your shadow to erase its negative effects in your life.
It’s also about becoming one with your past hurt, repressed desires, and negative emotions through acknowledgment.
Because if you don’t accept these and become one with them, these can affect your vibration in one way or another.
