So what is the solution?
You need to find healthy ways to process, feel and then release your emotions.
Try the following healthy ways to deal with challenging emotions :

by focusing on the present moment and allowing thoughts to come and go without judgment.
2. Therapeutic Practices: Counseling, psychotherapy, and energy healing (e.g., Reiki)
can facilitate emotional release and help you to literally move energy
around your body so that you achieve holistic balance.
3. Physical Activity: Yoga, tai chi, dance, and other forms of physical exercise
help move stagnant energy and shift things about so that you feel different afterwards.
4. Creative Expression: Art, playing or listening to music, singing, writing,
and other creative outlets can release blocked emotions in a healthy way
and make you feel much better, and not cling to your feelings.
5. Breathwork: Techniques like pranayama can help clear emotional blockages
by allowing the free flow of energy throughout your body.
6. Journaling: Writing about your feelings can provide insight and aid in emotional processing.
There is nothing better than getting down your thoughts on paper, even if you never read them again.
It is a wonderful form of processing difficult feelings.
7. Nature: Spending time walking in a forest, by a river or lake,
or on the beach can ground you and help release stored emotions.
Being close to trees in particular has such a healing, grounding impact on your body, mind, and soul.
8. Swimming in salt water: This is such a healing way to process challenging feelings.
There is such release in the cleansing effect of saltwater.
