I am a strong believer in spiritual health.
It was during a point in my life when I was drowning in too much anxiety and depression. Believe me, I tried almost anything—from seeing a therapist, talking to friends, etc. but none has a long-lasting effect.
I wanted something that I can truly rely on that will not have any side effects on my body.
Until I discovered the art of meditation and other spiritual practices.
I love meditation. It was challenging at first, but I was determined to make it work for me, and it did. I would do it every morning before I start my day and it sets off the tone of my day, which is pretty cool.
I dug deeper into the spiritual world and learned about the beauty of chakras.
You see, the human body has chakras that are associated with specific colors. The colors change when the chakras are not functioning properly.
But first, “chakra” is a Sanskrit word that means “wheel” and it refers to the energy wheels we have throughout our body. We have seven chakras that align along the spine and from the base to the crown.
Each chakra is made up of organs, nerves, and a strong connection to our spiritual state of being.
Keeping our chakras open and our energy flowing is vital to our overall wellbeing.
You have probably heard of balancing chakras as there are now more and more practitioners who are offering this kind of treatment. I tried it out for myself and it was enlightening.
However, I’m not here to talk about that.
I’m here to talk about self-healing your chakras. Yes, you can do it at home, and on your own.
I barely have the time to go for a chakra balancing session, so I make sure to do it at least every day before I hit the sack.
What helps me the most is my set of chakra stones.
I use my chakra stones whenever I feel like one of my chakras are out of balance. It takes a lot of knowledge and practice to tune into your chakras, but when you get the hang of it, you’ll be kissing medications goodbye.
One example is that when I was suffering from a stiff neck, I knew there was something wrong with my throat chakra. It was also during that time when I have been quite tactless and I would say the first thing that pops in my head, regardless if it’s offensive or not. I don’t know what came to me then.
So, my initial reaction was to cure my stiff neck because it was such a hassle. I couldn’t do anything.
So, what I did I used my chakra stone in Aquamarine and meditated on it. I placed it on the larynx and focus on the color blue. I envisioned that I am able to move my neck normally again.
The next day, I was able to.
You will find that chakra stone healing is not an expensive hobby at all. In fact, you can find a lot of chakra stones today.
I got the ones with Sanskrit because I use it in meditation for my mantras.
Here is where I got mine.
