However, when these energy centers become unaligned, we can start to feel overwhelmed and stressed.

There are simple techniques you can do yourself to unblock them and get back to feeling your best.

In just a few steps, I’m going to show you how to unlock the power of your chakras and regain balance in your life.

Root Chakra

This resides in the pelvis area and represents the physical body.

The root chakra is the foundation of our being. When it’s not in balance, we can experience illnesses or emotional issues like stress and anxiety. 

To clear this blockage you need to take care of your physical well-being by exercising regularly with healthy food as part of an overall lifestyle. Start doing good habits like going outside for fresh air every day!

Sacral Chakra

This is found in the lower abdomen and is your personal energy complex.

When there’s a block here, you’ll find yourself feeling worthless.

You begin to doubt yourself and your abilities. 

Clearing this chakra blockage can be a bit tricky because it requires you to go inward and reflect.

Thus, you need to meditate to open the mind that will lead you to self-discovery.

Of course, this won’t happen overnight. It’s recommended that you do it daily.

Solar Plexus Chakra

This is known as your ego and it is found in the upper abdomen area.

When there’s a blockage, the ego is inflated and is focused on power.

In some cases, it could be reversed wherein the person is unable to interact with others.

To clear the blockage, you must practice giving and receiving love.

By doing so, you’ll set yourself on a path to freedom and balance.

Heart Chakra

This is located in your chest and when it’s blocked, it manifests as feelings of hatred for a person or for something.

To clear the blockage, you should practice love in all aspects of your life.

Throat Chakra

This is located in the throat area. When it is blocked, it can make you struggle when trying to express your thoughts and emotions.

You may also find that life lessons thrown at you are hard to understand or you might have a hard time accepting what’s happening in the world around you.

To clear this blockage, you have to work on your communication skills.

Go start a journal, start conversations, etc.

Don’t be afraid to connect!

Practice it every day and you’ll feel the clearing of your throat chakra.

Third Eye Chakra

This holds your third eye and is located behind the center of your forehead.

When it’s blocked, you will feel like all your efforts are futile.

To clear this blockage, you have to take an active approach to meditating.

Opening yourself up will allow you to realize your self-worth.

Crown Chakra

This is located on the top of your head.

The crown chakra is the most important of all because it serves as a balancing point for your entire body. 

If you have any issues with this center, then there will be problems with your other chakras.

Thus, you have to focus on clearing your other chakras and it will balance the crown chakra
