In the American Journal of Psychology, “habit, from the standpoint of psychology, is a more or less fixed way of thinking, willing, or feeling acquired through previous repetition of mental experience.”
The thing is, when it comes to manifestation, your habits will shape how quickly you can attract what you want in your life.
That’s why I want to tell you that you don’t have to have a perfect manifestation journey.
I am simply saying that you have to look into the habits you’ve formed along the way.
There are a lot of manifestation techniques out there and sometimes, when you experiment with trying them, you start to pick up habits that manifest themselves into your daily routine.
But don’t worry, you can let these bad habits go through what I’m about to share with you.
1. Declutter Your Space
The way you keep your home and work environment are a reflection of what’s going on in life.
If everything feels chaotic and messy, then it sends the message that chaos would be okay right now!
The best thing to do when looking at this issue from an outside perspective is to create some order within our living spaces as well as at work.
Declutter as if you are making space for good things to come into your life.
2. Meditate and Connect With Nature
Energy is the currency of the Universe. That’s why you have to spend it wisely.
Take time to meditate and refuel yourself with positive energy.
You must also be mindful of the people you surround yourself with.
If they don’t radiate the same energy as yours and they bring you down emotionally, they might be depleting your energy.
You can also choose to meditate outside so that you can connect with nature.
Feel the ground you walk on and allow it to keep you rooted.
3. Pay Attention to the Words You Use
The power of your words is serious.
They can hold you back or help create the life that’s waiting for you.
But it all depends on what we speak into existence each day!
What’s one way to change our reality quickly… be mindful about which thoughts come out during conversation.
Don’t just speak what goes into your head, especially when it comes from a place of negativity.
Take a step back and assess the situation.
