Have you ever found yourself saying you want to do something, but never actually taking action?

You may have even told others about it, but nothing ever came of it.

In order to manifest our desires, we need to set clear intentions.

It may be easy to set intentions, but it’s the follow-through that poses a challenge.

Many people treat intentions like New Year’s resolutions, making the same ones year after year without putting in any effort to make them come true.

While it’s true that our energy flows where our intention goes, there are times when we aren’t mindful of where our attention and intentions are focused.

If you want your intentions to be successful, they must align with your heart, your words, and your actions.

There’s no room for wishy-washy vibes here, as it’s ultimately up to you to take the necessary steps to achieve what you want.

One reason we struggle to follow through on our intentions is that we struggle to let go of the desired outcome.

We keep asking the Universe for what we want, but we’re constantly sending out frantic energy instead of trusting that it will come to us at the right time.

I truly believe that one of the most important things for manifesting intentions is to purify them. It’s a simple approach that you can do at any time.

  1. Identify what you truly want and need.
  2. Maintain a soft focus with your eyes and start to focus on your breath.

  3. Breathe deeply for a few rounds.
  4. Start to envision your life as you were meant to live it. Basically, envision your intention coming into life.
  5. Do this for a couple of minutes until you feel every emotion—until you’re on a high and your mood has been somehow lifted because of that visualization.
  6. After this, on your vision board or on your journal. delete the old stale things that don’t represent what you saw.
  7. Create a new visual or verbal representation of any new intentions you have and then let go.

You can do this purification every time you catch yourself going against what you want to manifest in your life.

Or the times when you get so caught up with your life that you forget that you have set an intention you want to come to life.

After the short meditation that I have listed above, that’s the best time to plant the seeds of your intentions.

Have you tried cleansing your intentions?

Refresh your intentions to stick to what your heart truly desires and let divine timing work its magic.
