As the New Moon this month falls on August 8, that alone signifies the abundance coming your way.

88 is a high vibrational number signifying achievement, success, and wealth.

If you choose to tune into this energy, you will notice amazing changes in your life as you move forward.

We all want a life of high vibration, but we won’t always vibrate at a high frequency, which is normal.

Ups and downs are a part of life.

That’s why what you’re going to do this New Moon is practice maintaining positive vibrations even if you’re in a low vibration situation.

Because the more you shift into positivity, the more you will attract great things.

Ready? Here’s how you do it.

1. Smile

It’s simple, isn’t it? The power of a smile is not to be underestimated.

It can even make you happier when feeling down and sad!

Smile whenever possible, but don’t mask your emotions.

Acknowledge what negative emotions you’re feeling but choose to see the good.

You can try smiling by yourself; You might feel silly, but trust me, it’s worth it!

2. Find Inspiration

Look for a book with an inspiring story or read through inspirational quotes instead of browsing through social media.

If you need that vibrational boost, this can be your go-to action.

Just open your phone and read on.

3. Reframe Negative Thinking Pattern

We cannot exist in a positive space all the time, and we should not want to.

However, negativity should never take hold of our moods or hinder our progress in life from taking place.

When you find yourself lingering in a negative thinking pattern or self-sabotaging thoughts, you must fight the urge.

Take a step back and count to ten.

Breathe in and out and tackle your thoughts one by one and look beyond.

  • This is the energy of the New Moon, blessing you with guidance
  • Send a silent prayer of thanks
  • Open your eyes and fill anew
