New Year is finally here. It’s amazing how time flies. We didn’t even realize that 2021 is upon us. With this, I ask: Have you written your New Year Resolutions yet?

If you haven’t, I want to introduce you to New Year Manifestations.

This isn’t like the resolutions you used to write before. It’s not just about the things you want to accomplish or the things you want to change. It’s more than that.

You see, years and years before, we had to think about our resolutions for a long time. It’s not something you randomly come up with overnight. These are our goals, and it’s important for us to reach them.

Let’s say you want to lose weight. What do you do when the New Year comes? You buy new shoes, you watch and try new workout routines, anything to support your goal. Plus, you feel great about it. So, you keep going. Every day you set aside 20 to 30 minutes of regular exercise. But somehow, along the way, you lose it: the drive, consistency, and motivation. We replace those intentions with excuses that bring us down, making us feel like a failure. Yes, I am sure some have been successful. I want to congratulate those who’re able to keep going.

As for you, I want to tell you – YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE.

Now, how do we fight that resolution blues? Through manifestations. It is time to create a better and healthier year for you. Here’s how:

Reflect

Take time to look back at 2020. How did it go for you? Analyze what has happened this year and create a year-end review with your resolutions you had in mind for this year. Ask yourself important questions:

  • What made me stop?
  • What did I do to keep going?
  • How do I feel about myself now?
  • What should I work on?
  • Knowing the answers to these questions will help you express what you lacked and what you should work on. You shouldn’t just jump into it, “I’m continuing my goal this 2021”. Listen to what your mind and body have to say first.

    Gratitude

Gratitude is a beautiful thing. It enables us to think about all the great things the Universe has given us. Go ahead and write down all the things you are grateful for. I am sure there are a lot. Be it big or small. You are blessed with the gift of life and great health – these alone are enough to make you feel grateful.

    Manifest

After answering questions and writing down what you are grateful for, it is time to write your manifestations. New Year Manifestations should not make you drag yourself just to accomplish it. It’s not supposed to make you feel obliged. Instead, it should make you feel good and happy about it. And it doesn’t have to be a long list.

It’s about manifesting a better year and a better you. You can start with these questions:

  • What is my word or mantra for 2021?
  • What do I want to experience more of in 2021?
  • What should I do for myself this 2021?
  • Once you’re done writing down your answers for each, these can be your New Year Manifestations. Immerse yourself in the mantra you’ve created. Is it “Prepare, Sacrifice, Endure”? or is it “I manifest the life I deserve”?

Whatever mantra you’ve created, focus your life around that and I am sure you will live a happier and more abundant 2021.

Be your own person this year. Strive for greatness because you can do anything! You are a powerful being and in manifestations – your mind is your power.

Take hold of that power. Use it to create a Happy New Year, a Happy New You.

    Happy Manifesting!

Sending you love and light. May you have a blissful and magical New Year!
