Being aware of this setback, it’s critical not to let fear dominate our lives for too long.
Because prolonged fear can weaken our immune system and lower our vibrational frequency… impacting our overall well-being.

We have the power to conquer fear in each present moment… allowing us to rewrite our life stories with a more positive narrative.
One effective way to manage fear is through mindfulness and grounding exercises.
Simple practices like feeling your feet firmly planted on the ground… taking deep, intentional breaths… and keenly observing your surroundings can significantly diminish the power of fear.

Step One: Select Your Essential Oils for Emotional Balance

Sit somewhere quiet and peaceful with your chosen essential oil and your list of affirmations.
Repeat your affirmations slowly to yourself, five times each.
