Unlock the potential to transform your life by breaking free from the shackles of automatic behaviors.

We all fall into the trap of living on autopilot, repeating the same habits day in and day out.

But it’s time to break the cycle and open yourself up to new possibilities.

Picture this: you wake up at the same time, follow the same routine, and go about your day without really thinking about it.

Your thoughts, feelings, and emotions follow the same old patterns, reinforcing the reality you’ve grown accustomed to.

But what if there’s more out there for you?

Here’s the secret: your thoughts shape your reality.

If you want to experience something new, you have to break free from the autopilot mode.

It’s time to be present, challenge your ingrained patterns, and create a new reality.

Say goodbye to old ways and embrace the unknown.

Unplug yourself from the familiar and watch as new opportunities unfold before your eyes.

It’s time to manifest the life you’ve always dreamed of.

Are you ready?

3 Ways To Know You Are Living On Autopilot

1. You don’t feel fully present in your life.

Your mind wanders off and you find it hard to focus on tasks.

You are either stuck reliving the past, remembering old conversations and situations or you are anxious about the future.

As a result, you are missing out on big chunks of your life!

You are feeling anxious instead of being connected to each precious moment.

You are so caught up in just getting through each day and going through the motions that time just speeds by and you never have time to intentionally create your life.

2.  You keep experiencing the same problems over and over again.

Maybe they show up in different forms, but essentially you are reliving the same challenge whether it’s with a job, relationship, or health issue.

This is because you are always taking the familiar route, repeating the same habits, patterns, routines, and rituals.

If you want to move on with your life in new ways, you have to step out of your routine and shift something.

3. You react to things impulsively.

When you live on autopilot you are not fully connected to yourself within.

You are way more likely to react automatically without mindfulness.

You might get angry at another driver on the road, or lash out without thinking in a conversation with your partner.

You might even be more likely to trip up or hit your head on something –

simply because you are not experiencing present-moment awareness.

When you are living your life thinking about the next task on your list instead of being centered in the present, you do not have full control over your emotions and reactions.

You are at the mercy of whatever external challenge comes your way.

All of this blocks you from being able to manifest properly.

One of the biggest factors in being able to manifest your dreams is self-belief.

If you are constantly on autopilot, you have cemented how you feel about yourself into a reality.

Let’s say you think things such as ‘I am not that confident;

I am an anxious person;

I have self-esteem issues,

I am not educated enough.’

Those statements become so entrenched in your self-identity that you define yourself with them and your life keeps reflecting that reality back to you!

That is how the Law of Attraction works!

How to break free from Autopilot

You must first become aware of your familiar mental-emotional state – and then break out of it.

To change your life, you must think in a different way.

You can begin with the following mindful exercise, to connect with yourself and begin to turn off the autopilot, and live with more awareness.

This exercise will improve your ability to focus your attention and stop you from getting distracted and following automatic responses.

Set an alarm on your phone or computer to go off at different intervals throughout the day and every time the alarm sounds, you take a moment to do the following:

Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Relax your shoulders and allow yourself to breathe in through your nose, and exhale out of your mouth,

Breathe in and out up to the count of 10.

Practice checking with your mind to see where it goes, and then bring it back to focus on your breath.

Now ask yourself the following questions:

Where are you?

How do you feel?

What is your inner talk saying?

This is a chance for you to remember to change your repetitive mindset.

Instead of just rushing through your day without thinking, you can be more intentional with your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

When you practice this a few times during each day, you will begin to change those entrenched patterns of behavior that had you acting out of repetition without thinking.

Instead, you will be putting in place a new pattern –

one that awakens your senses and brings the focus back to your life.

You will become more in tune with who you really are and what you are all about.

Mindfulness practices such as this one have the power to bring you back into connection with yourself and your purpose on this planet.

You will see that your ability to manifest will greatly improve once you start living with present-moment awareness.

You will unlock your ability to make big changes in your life!
