We all have an idea about what a perfect life looks like.
Living in a big house with your dream kitchen and spacious master’s bedroom…
Going to work knowing you’re the boss of your own time and receiving a hefty amount of money…
Driving a luxury car without worrying about gas money…
Spending time with a partner who gives meaning to your life…
That sounds like a dream, right?
But before you get to that point, you will have to do experience doing things out of a routine that will make you want to give up what you desire – all because you feel stuck.
Have you ever heard of the term stuck in a rut?
It’s when you have been doing the same things for so long.
It’s when you’ve lost motivation and are in a state of apathy.
If this is the case, there are a number of possible explanations. It might be caused by:
- You have a strong desire for change. But due to current circumstances, it feels inevitable. You desire a new job or better health, but you lose motivation to do something about it.
- You feel the need to do something that breaks your routine, something exciting. Maybe take a break from work to read a book or go sky diving. But in the end, you choose to talk yourself out of it.
- Feeling of overthinking, worrying, and fear that you could have done things differently.
But don’t worry.
There are ways to start living in abundance once again without having to feel guilty or tormented about every decision you make.
It’s time to take control of your destiny.
1. Identify Your Abundance Blocks
Abundance blocks are limiting beliefs that hold you back from ever moving forward to the life you want to live.
It hinders the natural flow of blessings to you because you feel like you don’t deserve it.
This is a wound that you have formed since your childhood days. Here are common abundance blocks:
- I am not enough.
- I don’t deserve good things.
- I don’t deserve love.
- I am not worthy.
- I can’t trust money.
- I can’t trust anyone.
Once you know what’s holding you back, you can think about how you can overcome it or rise above it.
2. Focus On Gratitude
Practicing gratitude can help balance this fear of life’s more chaotic moments.
Gratitude allows you to find calm and presence within the storm.
Fear and gratitude cannot exist at the same moment; they are energetic opposites.
And when you focus on gratitude, you attract more good things.
Gratitude calms and quiets the fearful stories in your head by focusing on what is now in the present, instead of jumping ahead in a panic to a fear-based future that doesn’t exist yet.
3. Believe You Have an Extraordinary Life
Because you do.
It may not be what you envisioned it to be (yet) but believe that you will get there.
Live a life filled with joy. Don’t forget to do things that make you happy.
Sure, you can work hard and focus all your time saving for this or that.
But give time for yourself.
Give time for the things that bring excitement and passion to your life.
You have an extraordinary life… it’s time to live and enjoy it, don’t you think?
