If you want to try self-hypnosis to manifest, you need to know certain things to help it become a success.
In self-hypnosis, you need to have a program to help you through the process. That said, it has an end-point in mind. As a first-timer, you are going to find yourself a bit overwhelmed. However, think of it as meditation. If you’ve done yoga or other forms of meditation in the past, treat self-hypnosis like the same thing.
1. Keep An Open Mind
The first step to ensure the success of your self-hypnosis is to keep your mind open, especially if it’s your first time. Remember, for self-hypnosis to work, you need to have the right mindset.
When you are overly skeptical about the process, you will have conflicting subconscious thoughts while you’re under hypnosis. There’s nothing wrong with skepticism (a healthy one at that), but remember that you have already taken the step to do a self-hypnosis. You already purchased a program, and now all it needs is your presence and your open mind.
2. Don’t Force It
During the process, you will be guided into a peaceful visualization to get you in a trance-like state. However, it’s not easy to get into that state right away. So, if you don’t get there the first time, that’s okay. Don’t force it.
Forcing it may be counterproductive because it pulls your point of focus. Remember that hypnosis is all about letting the subconscious take over. When you find yourself distracted. Pause and take a step back.
3. Make Yourself Comfortable
Before you start your session, make sure that you’re all set—use the bathroom, drink some water, be in comfortable clothes, and you’re not hungry. Be in your most comfortable self and position before you start your program. Take deep breaths and focus on the sound ofc the program.
4. Try To Listen To It While You Sleep
The best time to manifest is when you’re sleeping. This is because everything you manifest into the physical realm must start in the non-physical thought realm. Allow your conscious mind to retire more the night and let your subconscious work on your programming.
The sleep state is an excellent time to feed your mind with a positive suggestion toward your desired thought patterns.
When it comes to hypnosis, know that it only works when you get yourself involved. If you don’t believe in it or you doubt its powers, your consciousness will fight it so hard that it won’t work.
